Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    V.S. staff recommended I start with Biosil to stop my hair loss. Added Biotin on third month to thicken hair and it's working. Hair is growing faster than before. Use both twice a day to keep a steady stream of nutrition. Also, added Neem and Tumeric for skin. Good combo for me, but be careful of reactions to Neem. Starting my son on this for his skin rashes.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Kathleen M: I had lost my hair five years ago to chemotherapy. When it came in it was thin and fell out easily. It really wasn't improving. I started Biotin about 8 months ago. My hair is thicker and has gorgeous wave to it which I never had before. My nails are no longer breaking. I highly recommend. I take a tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Apr 3, 2013
