Seems fine but prefer 300 mcg version
I normally take Biotin, but the 300 mcg version. I ran out and the 300 mcg version was sold out so I got this version. It seems fine so far but will return to the lower dosage when this runs out. I prefer to not exceed the recommended daily values by too much.

Thickening hair
V.S. staff recommended I start with Biosil to stop my hair loss. Added Biotin on third month to thicken hair and it's working. Hair is growing faster than before. Use both twice a day to keep a steady stream of nutrition. Also, added Neem and Tumeric for skin. Good combo for me, but be careful of reactions to Neem. Starting my son on this for his skin rashes.

This is obviously a question for someone who has experience with this product. I want to know will i get results?

Best Answer:  I had lost my hair five years ago to chemotherapy. When it came in it was thin and fell out easily. It really wasn't improving. I started Biotin about 8 months ago. My hair is thicker and has gorgeous wave to it which I never had before. My nails are no longer breaking. I highly recommend. I take a tablet in the morning and one in the evening.
