  This is going to strongly depend on what climate you live in and what kind of skin type you have- I have used the Indian Healing Clay before and I will say this- it is extremely drying and strong- however, I have sensitive skin. I also have oily skin, but when I use this clay, it is so drying that sometimes I even put olive oil on afterwards. What you have to keep in mind is that after doing this mask, your pores will be very cleared out, but products that normally don't sting you may for a while, so use something extremely simple- the fewer ingredients, the better. Jojoba oil is also great for oily skin- non-irritting and tricks the skin into producing less oils. Sounds counter-intuitive but it works and doesn't clog pores like mineral oils. Hope this helps!

  A heavy conditioner is not needed. The clay mixture of olive oil and aloe vera are the conditioner. I use a light leave in conditioner (Fermodyl)after I rinse the clay mixture from my hair. By the way I have natural afro-american hair.

  the moisturizer you use after doesnt have to be heavy. It can be the daily moisturizer, sheer that you're used to. Remember skin has to breathe....it's not always a good idea to clog the pores with heavy creams....

  This is a great mask. I use it for my hair and also my face. If your skin can handle you using the mask more than once a week then go for it. It is not harsh follow it with your moisturizer. Hope this helps.

  There's all kinds of ways to use this clay. first on the outside; mixed with Bragg's apple cider viniger. for the face and neck area. A TEASPOON OF CLAY TWO teaspoons of viniger mixed in the clays cap with finger apply evenly. Let dry and remove with warm water in 20 minutes I would use it daily until my acne was gone!After this use clay mask once a week, to keep acne away.Other uses are add bath water, mix in glass of water to drink.This clay assorbs 20 times it weight in toxins!   Well, I wouldn't say that it "pulls out" blackheads the way one of those strip-things is supposed to, but then my skin reacts to most mainstream skincare products, so that's why I don't use them! I have been using bentonite clay for about two decades to remove dirt from my pores, and I have had good experiences with this brand: no quality control issues, does what it's supposed to, I don't react to it, and the powder lasts a long time because you only mix what you need. Bottom line: I would recommend this product to a friend.

  In my experience, no, it doesn't. I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and chin and it has never helped get rid of them in any sort of way.
