Having BCAA's during my workout
Having BCAA's during my workout every morning is a game changer. Fatigue and soreness is less frequent while taking BCAA's. The flavor is AMAZING! This is actually the only flavor I get in them because it is so tasty! If you're a gym rat and Alani fan, add to cart:)!!
