Helps with indigestion
I take this frequently and it helps to deal with indigestion. There are times when I take an extra one an hour or so after my meal if I overindulged on a meal and/or snack. This has been on auto ship for quite some time and I am sticking with it. Highly recommend this product.

Have been using this itms for a few years, it made a tremendous change and improvement with serious problems that I had experienced. According to the supplement facts online, this has no oxible or porcine bile extract, but the version in the store did. Does this one have either of those ingredients in it?

Best Answer:  No, it's best to take one pill before or, if you forget take one immediately after you eat. It helps for your digestion and does not benefit you if, you sprinkle it on your food. I take one every time I eat a full meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). It helps me to digest my foods which I have a hard time doing on my own. Also, this brand is the only one that has worked for me. Hope this helps you.
