Directions

Take one (1) teaspoon (5 mL), up to twice daily. Children ages 1-4, take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL), up to twice daily. Shake well before use.

Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have any medical conditions. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Tamper evident. Do not use if outer seal is broken or missing. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Needs vast improvement on flavor
I bought this since my Dr said I should take an iron supplement. It being in liquid form, I thought it would be great; however, there is NOTHING blackberry or vanilla tasting about this product! I nearly puked it back up. The taste is atrocious and it has some weird herbal aftertaste that lasts a long time and I couldn't wash it away with water, tea, or soda. ??
Keep trying because I would love a liquid iron supplement that tastes good or is even flavorless.

GREAT FLAVOR! PLEASE KEEP IT IN STOCK AND DON'T CHANGE IT. IT'S PERFECT AND IT WORKS WHEN OTHER SUPPLEMENTATION UPSET MY GUT. I'M GLAD I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP A COUPLE.OF EXTRA BOTTLES WHEN THE ENTIRE AREA WENT OUT OF STOCK.

Great Product
Iron tablets didn't absorb into mums system, where as this liquid iron started working from day one and has boosted her iron levels to +125% even though she is still low on her levels it has saved her from having to get an iron transfusion ??

Excellent Product to Maintain Iron Levels
Great alternative to iron pills. It doesn't constipate your system like iron can. The black cherry is a nice blend to take away the harsh taste of the iron. I cut it with water. I measure out what I need and then fill the glass with water
Our family doctors are impress and pleased that you have this product available for those who can't take straight iron pills.

Great Product
Works pretty good. It doesnt taste the best which is expected of any iron supplement however it does have a better after taste than most liquid irons ive tried. Would definitely recommend.

Hurts my stomach
I believe it will do the job by raising my iron levels. However, this hurts my stomach even when eating it with an orange, and does not taste good. Currently looking for other liquid iron dietary supplements.

Awful Taste
This was disgusting. Try Plant Force or another brand name. Plant Force has an orange after taste. I typically buy Vitamin Shoppe brands for other supplements but this was gross! I can't speak to effectiveness because I would never ever try it again.

I've been taking other liquid iron and this one definitely tastes way better. A lot of people mentioned how sweet it is, and It really is super sweet! But, I'd rather the sweetness than the other iron I was taking.

Best Answer:  The label instructions don�t indicate mixing and I never have because the flavorings cover up the taste very well. What I don�t is take the amount suggested every day. I just take one teaspoon three times a week because of how it effects the bowl movement. It takes a little longer to get the expected results, but it is kinder to your system.
