I don't understand your question exactly. This will make your skin feel softer. and look better and more youthful. But not sure about the firm part

  I bought this product almost two months ago to help with my psoriasis. So far no change at all but I'll still give it another 30 days.

  I ordered this after seeing a dermatologist talking about this product on Dr. Oz. It is suppose to smooth wrinkles. I have been taking it for about 9 or 10 months. I can see a little difference. There was also an article online about Ellen using this product.

  I've been taking Skin Restoring Phytoceramides with Lipowheat for about 3 weeks now. I can already tell a difference in the skin (wrinkles) on my face and hands - not as dry, fewer visible wrinkles. Nancy T

  I purchased this product after I seen a dermatologist recommend it on the Dr. Oz show. I noticed just after 1-week that my skin did appear more supple and hydrated. This was the first time I purchased this product and will certainly reorder!

  I have been taking it for about one month. I have NOT noticed any difference so probably won't order any more when I am out of stock. But maybe it might work for you.

  I can't answer this question about the phytoceramides because it was backordered and I've never received it.

  I'm not sure. It appears to be but I can't say for certain. I have been taking it for about 2 months now and it has improved the appearance of my skin and I have not noticed any type of side effects.

  I just started taking it this week along with collagen capsules and a new skin product, so too soon to tell. I always drink 2 qts water and 1 pt of green tea, I feel like all those things together is helping though. I'm 59 with very good skin but this year started showing a difference in my skin, trying to reverse a little.

  Honestly i did not notice any difference. Although, i only went through one bottle, maybe it takes longer to take effect.

  It absolutely works. I started taking it because I heard about it on Dr. Oz. About a month later I went to my esthetician and she was surprised at how good skin looked even though I had not been there in a couple of months. If she noticed it, there must be a difference. My skin loods great and people comment on it all the time asking me what my secret is. I take good care of my skin to begin with. This is just a plus to my normal care. I recommend it.

  I can't say that this product alone improved my skin, but it certainly has contributed to the overall health of my skin issues. I can say this because when i don't take it dryness, and in my case eczema, flare up.

I use this product with evening primrose oil (100 - 1300mg per day) and Pycnogenol, which is a natural antioxident and I drink water and coconut water to hydrate from the inside out.

I'll keep buying it because it does seem to affect my body's ability to retain moisture in a positive way.

  I don't have dry skin, it's more normal-to-dry. I am taking this product to help plump up my skin (from the inside out) to help reduce lines & wrinkles. It has done exactly that without changing my dry/normal skin.

  yes, takes about 2 months. you can take it every other day, daily is not required

  I have tried it for about 3 weeks or so. It's hard to know for sure if it is this or the other things I am doing but my skin I would say is looking a little younger and healthier.
