  although the product is shelved non-refrigerated we chill it after opening. this is probably not so important depending on the local temperatures. if you live in a cool place, keep it out of the sun and you should be all right. if local temps are hot you can cover the bottle with damp cloth and store it in the shade wrapped in leaves or put in a small hole in the ground then cover it up with a rock or a piece of wood.

  This product does need to be refrigerated once it is opened, so it might not be the best for you. I did not have any negative side effects. I actually liked it better than any previous vitamins in pill form, as it was very gentle on my stomach. Hope this helps!

  I have not done an actual comparison of the vitamin and mineral contents, but I love this product. I get tired of swallowing so many pills. I think the taste is very good and I like that it's made from whole foods. I think this is a really good multivitamin and very comparable.

  To find out if the liquid is the same as the pill, compare the ingredients list that is on both forms. Personally, I never took the pill form.

  I don't know, but I prefer the liquid. I think you have to take 3 pills to equate to one dose of the liquid.

  I don't find a medicine taste at all in it. It tastes like a fresh fruit smoothie... drink it straight from the fridge- it is definitely best nice and cold! It's a dark green and a little on the thicker side, which may turn some off, but again, it is the same consistency of a good fruit smoothy. I tried many different liquid vitamins before settling on this. Love it from all aspects, and have turned quite a few friends into Liquid Life consumers! Hope that helps!

I tried this product and, ultimately, ended up going back to another liquid supplement that I felt better on. You might want th check out the Floradix line of liquid supplements, really, really good stuff!

  Source of Life vs. Alive Liquid...I have also taken both but chose to stay with Source Of Life because I prefer taste over Alive Liquid...however, they both are good and seem to do the job...!

  I've also used/tried "Alive" and much prefer the Source of Life over it. Our family has been using Source of Life liquid now for at least 6 yrs. Give it a try! :)

  I have tried the Alive Liquid also and in my opinion the Source of Life Liquid is just as good.
