Nice Rice concentrate supplement. Very little Zinc
Starting on the top, it seem like a good formula, with 25,000 iu of vitamin A/beta carotene Zinc content is only 2 mg. I was looking for a 50mg, based on the vitamin A content.Buy this if you are looking to supplement your diet with whole rice concentrate. Which I believe is good source of carbohydrate?!Very imbalanced multivitamin, though!
