    Best Answer:  I actually never received this; their liquid Glucosamine Chondroitin w/MSM was sent instead, and I decided to keep and try it. But the bottle of the Turmeric just says store in a cool, dry place, as does the Glucosamine and their Elderberry Extract, which I also use.

    Best Answer:  This supplement is recommended to be taken with a meal, but does not require any specific food be consumed, such as a fat. It does not need to be heated and can be taken directly from the bottle. This supplement contains Bioprene black pepper extract, which also aids in promoting absorption.

This supplement lists Curcumin is a naturally occurring compound that acts as an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals, repair damaged cells, promote strong joints, and support heart health. It would not be listed specifically for pain.
