started to work immediately

I have used this since Dec 29th.
It started working immediately, within the first couple hours my rings fit back in my fingers. Since then, I have lost 14lbs, I'm sleeping better & my ibs is much better.

Stay consistent and it works

I was in a horrible car wreck a few years ago and kinda just accepted the pain that came with my ankle after is was broken so bad. I've been taking these for a few weeks now and has seriously helped with the morning stiffness. I find myself not limping as much in the mornings. Amazing!!

Hard to swallow

I started with the chews, but it takes so long to chew them up I wanted to try it in pill form, didn't know they were so big! I wouldn't have purchased them. Wish these were gummie, or capsule.

Better Tumeric Tablets

I have only taken these for about a week, however I can tell a difference and do believe they are helping. My joints aren't as stiff and achy as they usually are in the mornings and afternoons. My only dislike is the 4 tablets per day dosage.

Mediocre at best

Didn't notice any real changes at all. I did notice a slight boost in energy but it did not last throughout the day. To be taking 4 pills as a dose I would expect a little more. I will go back to just putting actual turmeric on and in everything I eat.
