Love trust your gut.

Why did you choose this?
How long before I know the prebiotics and probiotics is working?
I would say give yourself a good three weeks to a month to allow the pre and probiotics to work fully. But honestly you start feeling the difference soon. My husband used to suffer from chronic constipation and very hard stool and this is the only thing that has helped and he’s been fine with no issues for the last three years and also switching to a vegan lifestyle and taking pre and probiotics we have no complaints. I would say to anyone to give it a try, but if you don’t want to buy these there are also other vegan pre and probiotics that are wonderful as well.
I noticed a difference within a week of taking them.

Do these help reduce hunger craves ?
Best Answer: No. Pro/prebiotics usually help to aide in better tummy health. If you’re trying to lose weight at all you want your digestive system working properly and that is what probiotics do.
Did product label recently change? 2nd bottle I just picked up looks completly different than the first one did and what's on the pictures online and Ora website.
