Life changer

Improvements within weeks

I have always had a healthy diet w/o fast foods & frozen foods. I started having digestive issues (diarrhea). After trying 2 other brands that worked for a couple months, I switched to ORA Probiotic + Prebiotic. I take one about an hour before breakfast daily. My digestive system and regularity (BM's) have never been better.

Switched from Seed and couldn't be happier!

I've had this for a few weeks now and love it! I was taking Seed for over a year but I saw some info that they (Seed) don't test their products very rigorously so I switched to Ora who does. So far I'm so happy with it!

The Best!

I love this!! Last year I was on several strong antibiotics intermittently over the course of about 6-7 months, for about 10 days at a time. My gut health was terrible! I was bloated and very uncomfortable, My gut health is so much better now! I've been taking the Pro+Prebiotic for about 3 months now and I feel so much better!! I'm rarely bloated anymore and I feel great!! It's awesome!!

How long before I know the prebiotics and probiotics is working?

Best Answer: I would say give yourself a good three weeks to a month to allow the pre and probiotics to work fully. But honestly you start feeling the difference soon. My husband used to suffer from chronic constipation and very hard stool and this is the only thing that has helped and he’s been fine with no issues for the last three years and also switching to a vegan lifestyle and taking pre and probiotics we have no complaints. I would say to anyone to give it a try, but if you don’t want to buy these there are also other vegan pre and probiotics that are wonderful as well.

Best Answer: No. Pro/prebiotics usually help to aide in better tummy health. If you’re trying to lose weight at all you want your digestive system working properly and that is what probiotics do.
