Maxi Hair Plus is the newest complement to the long-standing original favorite, MAXI-HAIR, it is formulated with B vitamins, biotin and MSM, and brings life back to your hair, skin and nails. Maxi Hair Plus (in Vegetarian capsules)contains 5 mg (5,000 mcg) of biotin.

Directions

Adults take two (4) tablets daily. For best utilization take with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Best Answer:  Cherri, yes I have taken 5000mg biotin for almost a year now. My hair stylist put these on to me. Not only for hair growth but also for nail growth. You will see a differrence! I just take one tablet daily, 5000mg is enough. I hope that my response will help you.

Best Answer:  Good do far; I usually take 2-4 a day. Just started using. Last week got my hair cut really short~ all dead ends clipped to start the new year! So now I will be taking daily and going to look at my hair in February. But I am very pleased with the ingredients~ it has the best combination n that biotin dose is great. I was buying biotin by itself and was not getting that much... So great product
And VEGAN TOO.. That's very important to me.
