Awesome for Hot Flashes
I have only been taking this product four days and it is working beautifully. Hot flashes are almost nonexistent! I was having them several times a day and awful night sweats prior to taking this. Highly recommend!

Real Deal
I started perimenopause around my 40th birthday and in came the night sweats, hot flashes (I'm anemic too), foggy brain, fatigue, mood swings and poor sleep. I kid you not, this supplement worked immediately for my night seeats and hot flashes. I'll give it another week to see if my mood really improves. Please note that I've been on vitex berry for several months but switched over less than a week ago because Vitex didn't combat the terrors of perimenopause.
