About this product

Helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells. Needed to help make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Up to 30% of adults 50 years and over may be unable to normally absorb vitamin B-12 in food; thus vitamin supplements and fortified foods may be best sources of B-12. Supports energy production.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one full dropper (1 ml) under the tongue daily, preferably after meals. Shake well before using.

    I use this everyday at 2:00 pm when i get tired. It gives me energy and makes me alert. i tried the 5 hr energy this is better and less expensive. It also has a great tast. Great before going to the gym.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I love this product! I took this while I was pregnant. It works very quickly (I left it under my tongue for about 20 seconds before swallowing)! I took it for energy, but I would recommend it for emotions. When I am pregnant, I am usually an emotional mess, but with B12, I am back to normal. When I would forget to take B12, I was an emotional mess again! It works so well that my husband would make sure I took it everyday! :-) I would definitely recommend it for pregnant women! Word of warning: The product info does say to ask your doctor before using it.
