    Very Effective Biotin Supplement!
    This 10000 mcg Biotin has been very effective in helping my hair to grow longer and thicker! It only has to be taken once a day and comes in a bottle of 120 small capsules.

    Excellent Product
    I take this in combination with a calcium supplement and my nails and hair are growing well. My nails are very strong and don't break or peel like they used to.
