a sweet evening drink
I am well aware of all the benefits of magnesium. This product only contains one of seven types but it also has L-theanine which is is a smart addition. I find it a little too sweet that's the only criticism, but one could add some lemon for balance.
I'm also taking other types of magnesium at night as well, best to research that as well!
