Activated Quercetin by Source Naturals delivers seasonal and immune support with quercetin: a unique plant-based bioflavonoid that has been shown to modulate histamine release. Directions
3 tablets 1 to 2 times daily in divided doses, between meals. If you have a delicate, easily irritated stomach, take with meals.

This product changed my life for the better
I was having episodes where I would become temporarily paralyzed and unable to speak. It was terrifying. When I take this, my episodes are greatly reduced. Many days, I now have zero episodes since I have been taking 3 pills per day for many days in a row. I have my brain back. I have my life back. I am so happy. LOVE this product!!!
I absolutely LOVE this product! I am 73 years old and have seasonal allergies. For most of my life I have had to depend on Benadryl to be able to breathe ... until I discovered quercetin. I have tried several brands, but I find that Source Naturals works far better for me than the others. I also find that the tablets work better for me than the capsules. Question: is the Source Naturals "Activated Quercetin" tablet chewable or not? If not, is it larger than a dime in circumference? Thank you.
Not chewable. It is oblong and about the length of a dime on the longest part. If you took 2 regular peanuts out of the shell and laid them end to end they would be about the same size. I take 100mg Quercitin and 500 mg Dong Quai for joint inflammation. They work much better than the Lortabs I was taking for 2 years.
The tablet is not designed to be chewable, although I've never tried to chew it. In terms of size, it is probably a slim millimeter or two longer than a dime (almost the same), but much more narrow. It is oblong in shape. Hope this helps. I've used this product on-and-off for a few years and have been pleased with it.

Hello Rachel,No the Quercetin is not a chewable tab but it is not larger than a dime in circumference. It is probably a 1/2 in. long and very thin . Very easy to swallow. I HATE taking any kind of pills but this one goes down very easily. Hope this helps.
I don't think this is a chewable. It is quite a large pill, not the largest, but still big. Yes, bigger than a dime width wise.
