Hip Problems - Walking
I just like to say I had problems walking for a long time I had tried collagen by itself for years at the suggestion of the manger at the Vitamin Shoppe I go to I tried this for 30 days and boy was I surprised.
This Join Care got me back to walking normal to where people I know ask me if I had surgery and I said no just taking this Vitamin Shoppe formula I had hip problem that has bothered me for years.

This product has a lot of good things in it BUT it contains soy. soy is a Genetically Modified Organism. Soy contains Isoflavones which mimic estrogen and affects hormones. Why in the world would a caring company put soy in any decent product? What value do they think their adding? I just dont understand and i'm upset that i have to drive all the way back to the store.

Life Saver
Before I was even 40, I developed a severe hip pain out of no where. Doctors couldn't figure it out and therapy only helped because they limited my movement. After weeks of talking to my therapist, friends and family I started to learn about these supplements. Within a month, I enjoyed significant relief. That was a year ago and twice i've tried going without because I have gotten in great shape and keep wanting to think my body is healthy and doesn't need them. Anytime I stop for 2 weeks, I start to experience aggravation in my hip joints.
It works, I promise. Give it some time to start to provide the tools your joints need to repair and next thing you know you will have an improved lifestyle if you are suffering from any joint issues.

This stuff saved my livelihood
I'm a 31 yr old who is historically inactive and had a history of lower back pain - but in the last few years I started doing Brazilian Jiujistu which absolutely changed my life. Except my back pain was atrocious, I couldn't even sleep. I started taking this and literally within 3 days all of my pain was gone or nearly gone. I've become a sort of evangelist for this product. Several of my friends and family now take it. So not only would I recommend it to others - I do. A lot.
