Fantastic product, 1 scoop per day or as needed will loosen your stiff joints. Great for us part time exercisers/old folks. Unflavored, mixes well with drink enhancers and down the hatch. More affordable.
This brand is more affordable than the Vitamin Shoppe brand, however the Vitamin Shoppe brand tastes better by far. I still recommend this because of the price and the taste is tolerable and after awhile of not using the Vitamin shoppe brand the taste becomes negligible.
