Received an open bottle with no safety tab
I have been ordering from VS for a long time and found their customer service to be very good, honestly. Good fulfillment as well. Never had any issues. The other day, I placed an online order for about $100 for delivery. As usual the order came within three days. However one bottle of this flaxseed soft gels product had been previously opened. A lot of people taking flax seed oil are looking for vegan alternatives. Why make the capsules out of gelatin? Makes no sense.

Hard to Swallow
I went to The Vitamin Shoppe to purchase Flax Oil, but all the smaller sizes were all out of stock. So I picked this up instead. I was disappointed to find you would need to take 10 softgels to equal the 2 tsp of flax oil I normally take. Then I found the softgels are very large and often times I am not able to swallow even one.

Easy to swallow
Some of the flax seed oil capsules that we have purchased from other companies are as big as horse pills. The ones from the Vitamin Shoppe are a reasonable size and easy to swallow. This was the first time we tried them and now they will be a part of our regular order.
