Not really sure if it is what I need.
I was disappointed. It gave me an upset stomach. Not bad but enough where I felt uneasy to take it after the first day. I was going to go overti my local VS to ask the staff what they thought might be the issue.

Great Product.
I do find myself not eating as much. Smaller portions are fine. I am not sure if this is because of this product but I began with this product and within a month I noticed my eating habits were different.I recommend this product especially if you are just trying to change your eating habits.

Did this Garcinia Cambogia Extract really help you loose weight? How much weight did you loose and how long did it take?Did you have any side effects?Do you recommend it?

  Here what I can say I've looked and reserched this alot they say you have to have 800MCG's and a total OF 2 of those pills a day. Equaling 1600MCG's a day you can take it twice at one time or 1 pill 30 minutes before each meal... I haven't yet tried it but plan too, however I ordered from an online company. My mom is taking it and she is losing weight but she did say it makes her a little woozy from time to time. Just an FYI. Always looks at multi site to read what they advise on how much to take and what the LABLE's state. Most Bottles only come with a 30 day supply and way less MCG's. So mack sure you get something that has 100% pure extract and 60% HCA...If it doesn't come with that much your gonna end up taking more pills a day and won't get a good supply for the cost of the bottle. Good luck to all and I will post back once I have taking it for a few weeks but considering how well my mom is doing I have good faith in the product I've order.

  Oh sorry miss type it should containe 100% pure extract, 60% HCA and pills should be 800MCG PER PILL....other wise you'll have to take tripple the dose to get the best results and the price would not be worth it.

can I find this product in one of the vitamin shoppe's?

  I had visited the vitamin shoppe and looked specifically for the one Dr Oz spoke of, and it wasn't there. Even asked the clerk and he simply said, "we don't have it". Now I'm looking at the one online that seems to be pretty much the product except, this one here seems more potent than what was on Dr Oz show. Here's info from Dr Oz show. GREEN COFFEE BEAN Carcinia Cambogia Extract/CGE(sometimes called tamarind) w/50% HCA = Hydroxy Citric Acid - by mouth 500mg /3 times a day (for 7 days)*** take 30 mins before eating. From reading that sombody's mom felt a bit woozy, I would check with my doctor first. In which with my medical condition, I usually run everything I want to try by my doctors first, and I have a "few" doctors. God bless ~

  I imagine you can find Garcinia Cambogia in a Vitamin Shoppe store, or if they dont regularly carry it, I would check with them and see if they can order it in for you. I do know they offer a lot of online-only specials though. I ordered mine online. Hope this helps!

Is this product safe? Chromium is used to help Diabetes and blood sugar, and HCA is known to raise levels of serotonin in your brain. Serotonin is the neurotransmitter responsible for happiness, but irregularities of it can lead to mood disorders. I just want to make sure this product won't create irregularities within my body. Has anyone experienced negative side affects?

  Do not select a Garcinia product that has calcium. Calcium hinders the HCA from working. Been taking a lower end brand of Garcinia (with calcium) for 14 days and have lost 3lbs, bf has lost some but wasn't specific. We are ordering a better brand with no calcium now since his friend is a pro at all this stuff and said he lost 8lbs a week on garcinia with NO calcium and did all the research about it.

If I take two of these pills three times a day, without exercising, will i lose or gain weight? Right now I am taking these Green Coffee Bean pills because my teacher told me coffee helps burn fat (hence why they are green coffee bean pills) and I am considering switching to Hydroxicut just because it seems like it works faster than coffee pills.

  Cammy, Exercise is usually the recommended path to weight loss. You should consult a physician before starting a weight loss program. To answer your question: I took Pro Clinical Hydroxycut after consulting my physician while on a moderate exercise program, I did notice weight loss of 5# the first week, and 7# the second week. I increased my exercise beginning the third week and lost only 4#. I took 2 Hydroxycut three times a day, occasionally I'd forget and take then only twice though. The biggest issue for me was about 45 minutes after I took Hydroxycut, I would have slight nausea and a clammy, sweaty feeling. It wasn't bad, just irritating. I understand too, that different people are going to react differently to medication and suppliments. I took the Hydroxycut and continued the exercise program for about another 60 days. My weight loss tapered to less and less per week. Overall, I lost 47#! I finally stopped the Hydroxycut due to the symptoms of nausea and the sweaty feeling, but continued the moderate exercise. Good luck with your quest.
