are there any synthetic ingredients? synthetic vitamin is ascorbic acid, commonly sold as Vitamin C. Many other synthetics can be identified by looking at the label. like if an ingredient ends in –ide or –ate (such as chloride or acetate)
I have used Source of Life for the last 23 years. I remember when it first came out it was billed as all nature items used. But as the world changes so make the product. But hopefully it is still all nature and it works for me as a daily source of Vitamin.
Thanks Nelson, but I decided to go another route because this product uses a synthetic form of vit c and also uses a different form of b12 than I was looking for, namely Vitamin B-12(As Cyanocobalamin) instead of my preferred form: methylcobalomin

are these chewable ?
No, they aren't. They are large but have a smooth finish. I consider these a staple of my life-- seriously! When I started taking these in my early 20s I swear these made a difference in my overall health, skin and ability to fight infections. The price is comparable to simply one nice meal out. It's an easy price to pay for my preventative health. I can't say enough about these whole food vitamins!
These are not chewable. They have a chewable product and a liquid. These are to be swallowed. I chewed one up and it can be done however if you have problems swallowing tabs these are pretty large. I would try the liquid. At the same time they really make you feel noticeably better.
No, I have never tried to chew these whole food vitamins. However, if you have difficulty swallowing them, they make a liquid form which I have tried. It tastes like mango.
