For Healthy Thicker Hair
It doesn't help with reducing my frequent nighttime urination, but boy does it help with nourishing my hair! Another vitamin store chain that sells pumpkin seed oil gel tablets at 1,000 mg can't match this store's brand, which is cold pressed, which appears to be why it is working so well. (I tried the non cold-pressed brand from the other store.) This one seems to thicken hair, since pumpkin seed oil is rich in nutrients and blocks DHT. Wish I tried this earlier!
