I have taken 3 of these pills every night for 10 years--helps with sleep and many other metabolic functions in body. Would not be without it.   I find it quite powerful so I normally take 3-4 one night when I feel I need it and then two tablets for about two nights after that. Since it can be very effective, I usually plan it for a time when I can be close to a bathroom the next morning. I don't think I could do it daily as I feel slightly drained during the time I take it. I do this about once or twice a month.

  Hi, if you wait a few hours (ideally three or more), your stomach will be sufficiently empty for the magnesium to do its thing. I have found I get poor results if I eat too close to doseage time. Remember to drink plenty of water with your dose! (This might mean waking up to pee later, which is a bit annoying but unavoidable.)

  Eat dinner a little earlier. At least three hours before bed. Just make sure you don't have to go to work the next day. MagO7 will clean out your system good. I hope this helps.

  Yes, this product is good for cleansing and it is not hard on your body. The instructions says to take 5 pills a night. If you feel you are going too much just cut back to suit you and you should go normally and regularly.

  Yes, this product does exactly what it claims. I always take it at night before retiring. Given that it is Magnesium based, I believe there might also be a relaxing benefit. I began using this product with the adoption of Kimberly Snyder's recommended practices. Love her books and she does recommend using this type of product. I continue to use it and thanks for the reminder to take it this evening.

  I fast for two days every week and taking several MagO7 caps guarantees that I will have a BM every day even when I am not eating anything. It makes me feel cleaner inside and that's the main reason why I fast. I've never had this effect from taking Magnesium Citrate.
