About This Product

Mag O7 is a specially formulated magnesium based compound which has been ozonated and stabilized to release Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) when used as directed. Mag O7 has a stool softening effect, which eliminates the digestive track of unwanted debris. Mag O7 aids the digestive process by slowly releasing beneficial ROS which helps friendly bacteria utilize nutrients efficiently.

Mag O7 is non-habit forming.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take up to 5 capsules at bedtime with 8-12 oz of water, on an empty stomach for 7-10 days or until desired cleanse has been attained. Decrease dose for maintenance. Daily dosage will vary depending on individual and intended purpose. Results may vary.

i have to say this works amazing. first the lady at the store told me to take 5 at first because 3 does not work for everyone. I listened and OMG I had not felt comfortable for a while since i started Oze... i tried several things to try to be regular and 2 people recommended this product so why not one more thing to try.. God bless the people who told me and the company for creating this. I will buy this always, i have also recommended it.

Order sent again to the wrong address
Received message stating my order was shipped? This is the second time my order was shipped to my old 7 yr address?!??

Love it
This works so well. I only take it every other day because my system seems to do better that way now. But i have been taking this for a solid 4 years and i really like it. Ive tried all kinds of mag for regularity and this one is the best. I dont think its as good for calming as some others but my need is for my regularity

I've suffered from IBS for years which is more on the side of constipation. I've been to a GI twice and was given evetything from Malax to pills that make my stomach cramp all day. I was later told that I have a slow bowel. Sometimes, I wouldn't go but once a week. I recently placed an order for MAg07 and anxious to try. Do you recommend that this be taken at night and if I work the next day, how should I handle that? Don't want any problems at work

How long do you take this product ? Can it be taken daily ?

Best Answer:  I have taken 3 of these pills every night for 10 years--helps with sleep and many other metabolic functions in body. Would not be without it. In fact, when I travel, I carry in 2 suitcases just in case 1 is lost. It helps the body on so many levels--work up to 3 pills--take to bowel tolerance. Learn about how deficient we are in Mg--heart needs it--all muscle fibers including the lining of gut and arteries. The addition of oxygen to the Mg sets it apart from the other Mg supplements on the market especially for those with gut issues.

If you are taking it on an empty stomach how do you take it at bedtime? Most of us have already had dinner. Just wondering.

Best Answer:  I used this product regularly for years (I no longer need it since I had surgery which corrected the problem), and I never worried about taking it on an empty stomach or not. It worked beautifully no matter when I took it. I would think if that were a concern though, a couple hours after dinner, right at bedtime should be perfectly fine.

Best Answer:  Yes Arlene this product is a cleansing formula it works well and no it is not hard on the stomach no cramping to aches or pain it just warns you when it is time to use the lady's room if you decide to use this product plan to be by the lady's room atleast 6 to 8 hours after taken it works as it says it cleans the liver kidney and anything else that needs cleansing it detox the body I love this product

Hello I was instructed to use this product as part of a smoothies cleanse, I am a on day 3 of 10 days and have only had one bowel movement, but lost 4 lbs, should I take this product or can I use magnesium citrate from WAL MART ?

Best Answer:  Yes, this product does exactly what it claims. I always take it at night before retiring. Given that it is Magnesium based, I believe there might also be a relaxing benefit. I began using this product with the adoption of Kimberly Snyder's recommended practices. Love her books and she does recommend using this type of product. I continue to use it and thanks for the reminder to take it this evening.

So I understand that it flushes you out but what is it flushing out ? Like the food you ate a week ago or how far back does it work? And does it help with inches also for you waist and stomach area ?

Best Answer:  I would say it flushes out probably 2 or 3 days of food I would not count on it for needing to get into two sizes smaller of clothes maybe one size smaller in the waist area
