Product Label
Classic combination if Quercetin, a non-citrus bioflavonoid derived from blue-green algae; and Bromelian, a natural, plant-based enzyme from pineapple that is beneficial in the digestion of proteins in the diet. The body cannot produce bioflavonoids, so they must be supplied by the diet or supplementation.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to three (3) capsules daily, preferably one with each meal.

Allergy season is here and I can't believe how well this works, so much better than a prescription to reduce my watery eyes, stuffed or runny nose and chest congestion and wheezing. There is a green film of pollen all over Las Vegas and I was suffering until I learned about this wonderful remedy. I have celiac and an assortment of other autoimmune disorders. The Quercetin w/ Bromelain was added to my vitamin schedule last year after hearing it recommended by a well known TV doctor. Well, this in combination with a Choline Cocktail has made the most significant improvement in my health that I can note. I use the Quercitin w/Bromelain in combo with liquid vitamin B-12 to start my day. (Mixed in juice) With an assortment of immune disorders, there are some days I just can't get started.

I have used quercetin for years and it it great for food allergies. I love homemade ice cream but can only eat it once in awhile when I take two quercetin tablets (250 mg. with bromelain)after two scoops otherwise I sound like I have emphezema. It also keeps up my energy levels when the pollen count is high in the spring and fall.

Haven't noticed much of an improvement or reduction in urticaria since taking this. It may be helping but if it is, the effect is small. I am on the first bottle and will try a second bottle to give it more of a chance to help, but I'm not convinced.

I have been taking 2 capsules of this supplement in lieu of my usual 50mg of diphenhydramine at bedtime to help control night-time dust mite allergy.
