Estrogen dominance
I take this in combination with the vitamin shoppe dim to keep my estrogen under control. For the first time since coming off hormonal birth control my cycle is regular and pms symptoms manageable. Twice I?ve run out and in desperation taken a different brand cdg, and the results were the same both time - within 48 hours I was exhibiting signs of estrogen dominance that cleared when I switched back to this brand. Now, I make sure I never run out. Love the vitamin shoppe brand and use it whenever possible.

Very happy with my results!
Taking Calcium D-Glucarate and DIM together cleared up my Menorrhagia. Doctor said only solutions were to take the pill or burn the inside lining of my uterus, YIKES! I desperately did some youtube research and rushed over to Vitamin Shoppe. Heavy bleeding and painful cramps stopped that same day and never came back, YAY!

A menopause game changer
I am almost thru the perimenopausal phase and dealing with the bloat and weight gain. Have read extensively about this process and am now taking bioidentical hormones from a specialist, which has helped. Biggest change came when I found this product. It has helped me in the detoxification of estrogen from my body. Within a few days, reg bowel movements returned along with much reduced hot flashes (in both incidence and intensity) and reduced the horrible bloating. 3 weeks in, I have maybe one hot flash a day and am down a size in my pants/skirts. Unbelievable. I feel so much better. Product supports Phase II liver detox so that you can actually metabolize these excess estrogens and expel them in your waste. Surprisingly complex process. Give it a try menopausal ladies. Also supportive is Indole 3 Carbinol which worked better for me than DIM.

One of my staples!
My doctor told me to use this type of Calcium as I was having breast pain. Having coffee makes it worse, but I love coffee. So I take this in the morning and no pain for me. :)

Wow!
The first day of taking these I had a slight headache. The second thru about the forth day I had bad breath (I was told it smelled like garlic). The fifth and sixth day my sweat was stinky when I exercised. After that... I assume I'm all cleaned out! I've been taking it for about 2 months now. My skin is clearer and my breast tenderness is almost gone. Well worth the few days of detox!

helpful for hormonal balance
I suffer from endometriosis and this product seems to help balance my hormonal fluctuations, keeping my estrogen levels tolerable. I recommend taking Calcium D-Glucarate with at least 1,000 mg of Vitamin E as this helps with the proper assimilation of the Calcium D-Glucarate.

HARD TO SWALLOW
THE TABLETS WERE SMALL BUT FOR ME THEY WERE A LITTLE TO HARD TO SWALLOW. I CHANGE TO ANOTHER BRAND WHICH WORKS BETTER.

Could this worsen acne if my hormonal imbalance isn't estrogen dominance?

Best Answer:  It's possible that it may further skew the imbalance of your estrogen to progesterone ratio. Also, it's possible that the product is working as it should, driving the detox of harmful estrogens out of your system, but your detox pathways are so overloaded that the toxins are coming through your skin (which is a detox pathway) instead of your other pathways ( liver/ intestines, lymphatic system, etc.)
