Gorilla Mind’s Calm helps shift the body into a parasympathetic state, supporting relaxation, nutrient partitioning, recovery, and rejuvenation.

If all the low hanging fruit like sleep, diet, and exercise are already covered and you are still stressed (from work, school, family, anything), over-trained, or in a steep calorie deficit, this is where something like Calm could be utilized as a supplement to regulate stress response.
