Mag O7 is a specially formulated magnesium based compound which has been ozonated and stabilized to release nascent oxygen when used as directed. Mag O7 has a stool softening effect, which eliminates the digestive tract of unwanted debris. Mag O7 aids the digestive process by slowly releasing beneficial nascent oxygen which helps friendly bacteria utilize nutrients efficiently.
Directions
Higher quantities may have a saline laxative effect. As a dietary supplement, take two to four capsules three times daily on an empty stomach. More or less as needed. Daily dosage will vary depending on individual and intended purpose. Results may vary per individual.

I take 2 pills a day to keep me regular. I have been taking mag 07 for about 3 years. I tried other products but only worked for a short time. Mag07 is not addictive and does not make me cramp when I need to release. I would and have suggested this to family and friends. Follow the directions on the bottle and take what works for you.

This product will keep you in the bathroom ALL day. Your stool becomes very loose.. I also found once I stopped taking it even after 3-4 days it threw off my digestive tract and I had no bowel moments for 2-3 days. You also need to take good quality antioxidants 2 hours prior to taking this product. I did my research after I spent the $$$. Lesson learned. The pills are fairly large, taking 4-6 definitely makes you gag.

Although the price is a bit high, the product works very well at providing natural elimination without any discomfort. I take two nightly. The pain medication I am on is very constipating. I am grateful I found this product which has ended that problem.

I have suffered constipation for a very long time using OTC products as well as prescription medications. Most of these products caused cramping and overall made me feel poorly. This product is tasteless, odorless, the capsules are not too big and it really works. I started out taking five each morning with water on an empty stomach and they worked without cramping. I am now starting to take four each morning. I have a good bowel movement; sometimes two or three per day. There is no unexcepted stooling or urgency with this medicine. I am so glad for this product. Though this product is pricey it it worthwhile for the performance.

I had chronic acid reflux which stimulated breathing problem. Acid reflux got aggravated due to candida and this supplement cured all acid reflux, candida and breathing problem in one shot. I took several test and consulted numerous doctors before this and none able to identify any problem. This is a life saver.
